We have taken into account, weather, temperature, wildlife viewing, and seasonal events in our selections. There are benefits of visiting countries in the off season (e.g., reduced rates, less crowded). In terms of a safari experience, the wet season might mean more chance of you getting wet, but it might also mean a better chance of getting up close to the wildlife and enjoying the green landscape.
Go to your confirmation email or the confirmation page and click "Request an invoice." Complete the form and submit your request. If you can't use the form, send an email to contact@flightnhotels.com with your full name, email address, company name (optional), billing address, and confirmation number, only using Latin characters without any symbols or special characters. You should receive your invoice about one week after check-out, if not earlier. This email will come from FlightNHotels.com or a partner travel company. In some cases it won't be possible for us to provide an invoice. Instead you'll need to contact the property or the third-party provider directly.
You’ll find payment confirmation in your confirmation email. In the email, there's also an option to download the payment confirmation.
No, you're all set. We or our partner companies charged you for the price of the booking. If there are additional taxes or charges, this info will be displayed on the payment page.
If your booking is non-refundable, you can't cancel. If your booking is free cancellation or partially refundable, check your confirmation email or the confirmation page under the "Bookings" section of your account for the cancellation fees.
To offer you better prices, sometimes we partner with other providers and agents. To make sure your selection is still available, we need a little time. You’ll get an email letting you know if your booking is confirmed within 24 hours. Check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders for these emails.
To request a different check-in/-out time, contact the property directly 1 or 2 days before arrival. There's no guarantee, but they might be able to help.
